Here are the strings attached:

You must reserve your wedding date with a $500 nonrefundable deposit by 12:00 a.m. on December 31, 2011. Balance due 30 days before wedding date.
We retain ownership of all image files for our portfolio, promotional use and sale on our web site.
Wedding and other shoot locations must be within 50 miles of Jacksonville or additional travel charge may apply.

First, there are no more strings attached. You get all the services listed above with only the three above restrictions.

The reason I am doing this is to help us all through these tough times and to generate word of mouth buzz. I believe the best advertisments I can have are happy past clients.
